Our partners have extensive networks within the business community and work with the finest professional service providers in South Africa, including attorneys, bankers, financial planners, insurance advisors, bonding agents and actuaries. We have the ability to understand the function over form and cause over effect on a specific or a macro problem. A specific problem can be, “My Facebook page’s not sending enough traffic to my website.” The macro problem can be, “We are not able to grow our market,” or, “We’re are not being seen in the market.” We will first look at the effect, and then determine what is causing it and then propose to you better better ways of curbing the problem.
In a complex business scenerio we will investigate what everyone is doing right and doing wrong, then we come up with a solution or a plan of achieving the end goal. We will help you to investigate your competitor to find out what kind of positioning, how are they selling? What are they selling? What’s their mechanism for selling? How have they validated or authenticated their product? What’s wrong with it? Where is a gap? And look at all the alternatives they could be doing.
